A CMMS manages maintenance: work orders, preventive plans, intervention history. An EAM — Enterprise Asset Management — goes further: it tracks the entire physical asset lifecycle, from purchase to disposal, recording everything that happens around a machine.

MACHINA WEB covers both areas. With supplier and purchase management, integrated spare parts warehouse, complete asset registry, project and job order management with interactive Gantt chart and reliability analysis, it allows you to calculate the true cost of every machine over its useful life — not just the cost of interventions.

This makes MACHINA WEB useful not only to the maintenance manager, but also to the purchasing department — which manages requests, authorization workflows for configurable thresholds and supplier orders — and to cost control, which obtains automated management accounting: cost allocation by cost center and financial account, with budget and final analysis by department and machine.

The concrete result: maintenance, purchasing and cost control work with the same data. Every cost — spare part, labor hour, production downtime — is automatically allocated to the correct cost center and account, ready for the maintenance budget.
